I've been working with George for a number of years now on multiple properties and I've experienced nothing but the highest level of care and professionalism. George doesn't just treat you like another customer of many, but rather as part of the family. The same can be said about the rest of his team, all of whom demonstrate great competence, attention to detail and provide an overall smooth experience on what could otherwise be an arduous and stressful process. Can't praise these guys enough.
Beyond excellent service at Connected. George and every member of the team have a communication first policy, they set the expectation and then deliver on it. If there is a hiccup (nearly always on the lender side) then it is clearly explained and then what the plan B or C is to overcome it. Definetely our no1 choice for any lending requirement and we can't reccomend the team at Connected enough!!!
George and the team are hands down the best in the Illawarra. The best decision we ever made was going to connected finance. The whole process from the initial discussions and helping us through finance decisions has been amazing.
