I’ve been seeing Sophia for a few weeks and have seen significant improvement. I went from not being able to really do much without panicking and dissociating to going out, working, etc.
Violated their own 24hr policy rescheduling my appt & didnt grant me the same courtesy in case of emergency in which i had to take care of my mother (which i stated) & tried to charge me 1200 that they will NEVER get from me. Offering mental health services but lacked any regard for my mental state at the time of my emergency but made sure to let me know she wanted her money regardless.
