Jelani is the best. I met him in a tough spot in 2022 & he helped me at my lowest. I am forever grateful. From check ins, making time for random phone calls when I was in crisis, inviting me to the office just to get out of the house during my depression, everything. He truly went above and beyond. This company will work with you & connect you to resources if you are in need.
The staff do a really good job of helping you talk through your problems. They also give you actionable steps you can take, outside of their practice, to reach your mental, physical, and emotional goals.
Connected Communities is a God send. They go far above the call of duty to truly assist you in your time of need. The staff is professional and kind.
