Angana was a wonderful therapist for me! She helped me understand my thoughts and the cycle of them. I also felt like I could start to independently work through these because of her! She is so compassionate and a great listener. If you want a therapist who genuinely cares, and will let you identify what needs you have each session, she will be a great fit for you!
Ovadia Golfeiz, great for anyone with OCD, anxiety, or depression. Is more direct than past therapists I have had, and gets to the point quickly and gives more structure instead of therapists giving open-ended questions all the time, with no guidance. Would highly recommend!!
