It was great working with Tina Douglas as our realtor she was a big help to me and my wife!
If I could leave less than a one star, I would. After talking to Tina Douglas on Thursday and making an appointment for Monday to look at a house. She sends me a text Monday morning. All that was on the text was Hi, that house is already under contract. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because Mr. Mike DeLuna was honest and helpful in my interactions with him. From my personal experience, I felt misled in the rental process and I regret moving forward. I was advised to send funds via Zelle, which I would strongly caution others against. After viewing and later renting the property, I discovered multiple issues: • No electricity or water during the viewing • Yard not maintained in months • Paint buckets and large boxes of tile left behind • Visible mold inside the prope... read more
