I love my apartment and location but these people do not care about you. My split for air conditioning/heater has been out since I moved in June. I have been giving temporary fixes w maintenance and the landlord (Christie) not notifying me when they come in. When I applied for a job there a woman told told me I will start on the 19th. Then two other people told me something different. Then they said I would have to wait three weeks for a drug test and background check. Don't go there.
The location were I rented. Is not only run down and full of insects. I also had to live next to dangerous criminals and mental patients. This company does nothing about residents being threatened and or harassed. It seems they're only interested in getting people's money. And not in maintaining the place or following the law.
