This company caters to the grow house community. As you can see they are renting houses for double the amount and advertise their listings as having big basements that are unfinished. If you see a property listed on their site it will eventually be a grow house for marijuana. We had a house across the street from us that had over 100 plants in it. This is the 2nd time this house has been a grow house. Shady business pure and simple!
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with; i’ve given thrm several of my houses to rent and each time it takes them six months or longer to even find a tenant. None of the tenants have stayed around longer than one year. And you cannot get them to return emails or phone calls for months on end. I’ve lost so much more money going through them that I would of doing it myself. Do not go through them

I was a customer for almost two years. This was my first rental property, and also my first time using a property management company. During that time, I dealt with terrible tenants and horrible property management services. My first tenant abandoned the property leaving behind thousands in damages, and Connect didn't even know about it! I discovered it when my owner's statement said $0.
