I finished up at Connect PT in Southbury a few months ago. I have been to other PT providers in the area and Connect was absolutely by far the best. First it is located in a gym and they have the advantage of being able using their space and equipment that other PT locations do not have, it helped considerably. Secondly you spend your entire session with your one provider, they did not have PT assistants. Most importantly was my provider Dr Jamie Simard. I have been fortunate to find the BEST physical Therapy location. The Connect Physical Therapy team in Southbury, CT not only fixes you, they welcome you, listen to you, explain everything in detail and work very hard to improve your physical situation. Finding Connect PT was life changing for me. I can't express enough how appreciative I am. All the employers are amazing and hands on. I had intense back problems. To the point where a Dr. told me to find a new career. When I started I could hardly sit and now i'm back in the gym and strength training. There partnership with Catalysts and their trailers is now helping me take my recovery to the next level. I feel like a new person. I have to give a special thanks to Jamie for my recovery.

Absolutely loved my experience at PT Connect in Southbury. My Therapist Crystal was by far the best Therapist I have had to work with. Very knowledgeable in every aspect of her job. Always made recommendations and altered routines based on my discomfort levels. Always made me feel comfortable and restored my faith in PT because it worked! My previous experiences did not lend themselves to that. Highly recommend PT Connect and Cryatal is specific!

Connect Physical Therapy has offered me continuous, professional care. I have received care from three, truly exceptional therapists. I have received therapy on my hands, shoulder, and TMJ symptoms. Crystal Natalino, who I am currently working with, treated and managed my TMJ symptoms. Although this is not always “curable,” my symptoms have totally been alleviated with her professional care and the exercises I was provided.
