Clean and quite and professional staff Connect is a nice place to call home. It's clean, safe and quite. Management is great, the staff too. There are clean pools, green grass, and if there is an issue they take care of it right away. I appreciate the new manager.

Nice Property & Good Price The property grounds are very nice and their green space is very welcoming. The renovated apartments are very nice and price is what i am looking for.

Happy Tenant I have lived here for a few years and I recommend these apartments because is a quiet and clean community, friendly neighbors, close to schools, close to freeways, convenient store short distances, decent rent price, very nice and professional office personnel, they are happy to help you promptly with your apartment needs anytime, over all nice place to live in and stay, come visit will be worth to stop by.

Disgusting! You do have to pay water. Roach infested. Paper walls. Don't move here!!
Close to everything Affordable pricing This is a perfect building to rent it is very affordable reasonable in the price. You don't have to pay water!!! Very clean landscape with a pool. The management very friendly helpful.If you have an issue in the apartment that needs to be fixed the management are on top of it. You are very close to shopping centers Burger King, Albert sons, Fry's, Walgreen's, Quick Stop Gas station, PV High School, the Paradise Valley College Costco's, MC Donald, the 101, 51, and the I 17 freeways.
