Never expected such a personal service I got with my new hearing aids. They made certain that I understand every detail. My new hearing aids are part of my life.
My newish hearing aids are still not perfect but I know from past experience that getting them to that point can take a while. Meanwhile I am very pleased with Paul Tait at Connect Hearing Glenmore Landing as he continues to work to get them to where I need them. I’m still somewhat new to Connect Hearing Glenmore Landing. I switched to their location a few months ago. At my very first appointment, I discovered that their audiologist Roberta is experienced and knowledgeable and cares deeply about her patients. She discussed with me several options for my severe hearing loss, one of these options was a Roger On device to supplement my hearing aids. I had my hearing test with Dr. Roberta I really appreciate her so much. She is very professional and her genuinely willing to help is much appreciated. I feel comfortable talking to her about my hearing problem. The place is very convenience lots of parking and few restaurant nearby. The clinic is clean. Jolene the front desk is very helpful and Maria the hearing tech is also approachable. I highly recommend this place your are always welcome to drop by if you have any questions the team is always there to accommodate you.
