I honestly wish I could give them a no star rating. My spouse has dealt with Connect Hearing Sudbury for more than a decade now, and took an older pair in to have a battery case "door" replaced (which is the only repair they do there) and when his hearing aid was returned...not only did they not fix it, they broke it and said it cannot be repaired as they were too old. I've been with client with connect hearing for years now everytime i go there they are an amazing staff!! Greets you and helps you with all your needs
Need a 5 minute adjustment and the next appointment is in 3 weeks. Used to be able to get this quick service by walking in. Three weeks for someone who needs a hearing aid fix is a unconscionable amount of time. Please fix it, otherwise I must look for a different provider.
I recently purchased new hearing aids through ERIC an upmost professional with a nak for clarity and pressision. Even a follow up call was over the edge. I would recommend ERIC to all.
