I have some tinnitus, which is always there, but does not bother me too much. It does impair my high frequency hearing plus at 76 years old my hearing has deteriorated. I went to connect hearing and they determined that my hearing at higher frequencies was poor and that hearing aids would help me. I struggled for a few months, but found them quite irritating and after a few office visits Connect Hearing made some custom fitted ear pieces and they are fairly good in terms of comfort. I came by and the door was locked at my appointment time. Lady really didn't seem at all concerned when she showed up late to open. The technician was inside. the reception lady seemed preoccupied on her phone and with personal matters rather than me. I left messages because nobody answers the phone there and no reply back. I'll look elsewhere for my hearing needs, this is getting ridiculous. Customer Service Lacks here. Lady really doesn't want to be there!!! Technician Lei is Great though. Ok I came before the guy who did my hearing blew it. Nothing like the job the new technician young lady did. Wow such a difference. Better explanation too.

If you are facing potential hearing loss I highly recommend this location. A lot of my worries were eradicated the minute I walked through the door. The receptionist is welcoming and professional. The waiting area and testing rooms are bright and modern without being too clinical. Most importantly the young lady who did my testing was very kind and understanding of my fears. Great place to get a complete hearing test. Most detailed test I ever had. Everyone was very professional. The office and testing facility was very clean.
