Lady at the front desk is completely unhelpful. Had no record on file of my name or company name/number that I work for that uses their business annually to buy our hearing protection from. (Even though I’ve made purchases at this store last year) needed a new string as the one they have broke after a few months. My coworker just replaced his not long ago from this exact store. I don’t recall the name of the physician But the same day I walked in he took a quick look at my ear, got an appointment right away for the next day as I was near the end of the close.. And ran tests until 5:45pm when they close at 5pm and answered all my questions with a great attitude!
Connect Hearing in Langford has the most welcoming and friendly staff. Upon arrival in the office, you are greeted with the warmest smile and they are always there to assist. With being new to wearing a hearing aid, they have always been so helpful with my silly questions. David is very thorough in explaining everything about your new hearing aids. I highly recommend this team of professionals.
