This was my first time at Connect hearing for a hearing test and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The testing was in depth but fairly quick and easy to make sense of the results (with explanation). I will be following up for getting myself hearing aids. I appreciate the not feeling pressured to make a decision while I was there and allowing me the time to go home and do some reading and see what option I want to go forward with.

Always a pleasant experience at Connect …Koren is excellent and got me set up in my new Phonaks … they work extremely well. The customer experience from the front of the office to the back is exemplary
