Great staff, answered all my questions and gave me all the inforation I needed to use my hearing aids for the best results
Great service and assistance with my documents for the insurance company. Aides were fitted twice to ensure comfort and set to maximize my hearing in different situations. Highly recommend.
This was my first time at Connect hearing for a hearing test and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The testing was in depth but fairly quick and easy to make sense of the results (with explanation). I will be following up for getting myself hearing aids. I appreciate the not feeling pressured to make a decision while I was there and allowing me the time to go home and do some reading and see what option I want to go forward with.
