Beyond expectations. Especially with the follow up and attention to detail; fully understanding my personal needs. I can't believe how many wonderful conversations, movies, etc. I was missing before my hearing aids. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Based solely on my experience with Lorraine at the front desk. I have phoned 6 times since Aug 30 for simple information to send to my insurance company. I have explained it clearly and it is quite simple - a description of the custom product I purchased. The original invoice does not have this information and the insurance company requested further information.
