The renovated office is beautiful, clean and bright! But more than the physical space, I love this particular location because of the audiologist's attention and thoughtfulness toward my father. I was delightfully surprised to find out that Anna was Korean. It really helped that she could speak the language and understood our culture. My dad was quite stubborn and proud our first time there and insisted that he didn't need hearing aids even though he was deemed to have severe hearing loss.
