Natalia and Patrick went above and beyond helping my parents find the perfect hearing aids. They were so knowledgeable and made everything feel very simple. I highly recommend! They made a scary experience a good one.
I had an amazing experience at this clinic today. I arrived around 4:10 p.m. without an appointment, I wasn't even an existing customer, and I didn't know the model of my hearing aid. The staff member immediately took the time to help me. She searched for the correct replacement wire for my hearing aid, and even though they don't carry that specific model, she managed to find a compatible one. Flawless experience from start to finish! I recently visited Connect Hearing to get custom earplugs made, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The custom ear protectors are incredibly comfortable to wear and attenuate noise exceptionally well. The entire process was seamless.
