A BIG thank you to the staff at Connect hearing Airdrie , I went in for a hearing test not really knowing what to expect. Told them my story . They suggested that i fill out a WCB work history , So I did , not thinking anything would come from it. And well i was surprised when i found out that WCB was taking care of everything . I have now had my new ears for about 2 months now . I went in today to buy new wax cups and plastic ear plugs i guess that's what they are called . Didn't have to pay a dime. Thank you to Superior Hearing Solutions Airdrie for accommodating an out-of-town visitor on short notice to have his hearing aid looked at. They were able to find a wax guard solution for him. He was so happy with the service.
Katie was an absolute pleasure to converse with. She’s wildly intelligent, quick, efficient, and very sweet. Loved coming in here and dealing with her!
