Great staff, especially the audiologist. She helped me with a WCB related claim and made the process comfortable and seamless. Thanks you! Highly recommend.
As a veteran, Connect Hearing has the contract with Veterans Affairs to provide hearing aids and fitting for qualified veterans. I have found the staff to be very professional and courteous at the Airdrie location. Special mention for Lina Zhang who fitted me out with new hearing aids and provided comprehensive instruction and advice for their use.
The audiologist at the Douglas Glen clinic put tubing in backwards for my handicapped client's hearing aids. They never have time to see him. They tell.me to come in without him and then do the tubing backwards. I guess it's my bad for trusting them in the first place and not checking devices before I made the hour long drive home. In my 25 years dealing with hearing aid clinics, this is the worst one EVER!!
