I'm from the United States. In my travels, my Phonak hearing aid charger broke off from the cord connection. I was referred to Connect Hearing at Westbrook Mall. When I called them, they said that they thought they could help me, and to come to their store. When I arrived, the office personnel easily removed the broken piece from my charger. My experience with Connect Hearing was excellent from start to finish. Fortunately a family member told me about Alberta Aids to Daily Living, so I filled in the forms and received funding for up to $2,500. I then made my second appointment with Connect Hearing, the first had been a few years prior, but I couldn't afford their product then.
