I had to report the receptionist at this location to Connect Hearing, and another location had to step in to help. I think her name is Linda (60ish, white woman with lighter brown hair). The audiologist I regularly saw here had moved to a different company between when my hearing aid was dropped off for warranty repair, and pick-up appointment.
