After struggling to find a reliable audiologist in Austin for more than 5 years, I was SO thankful for the amazing service that Jim offered. Not only did he ensure that I got the exact type of hearing aids I needed, but he also worked diligently with Texas Workforce Commission to make sure it was done in a timely manner. He went above and beyond what was needed in order to make sure that I was happy with the results. And Dorothy is an absolute delight! So very thankful for these folks and their commitment to excellent care.

This is the top place to go for getting your hearing checked. Every time I've had an appointment with Jim he truly listens to any concerns I have, and thoroughly explains any procedure he needs to do to help me out. Dorothy, the Patient Care Coordinator, is so friendly and professional. Together they are a class act team!!!!!
