My husband wasn't hearing out of his hearing aids thus making it very hard for him to communicate with folks. Connect Hearing was no longer available in Orlando, so we were advised to go to the Tavares office. This was farther away than wanting it to be, but I will say, after we saw our previous receptionist from Orlando, and meeting Frank, the hearing care professional, I wouldn't want to go to another office.
