My grandmother lives out of town. As she has been staying with me I noticed she wasn't hearing very well. I contacted Vicki through facebook asking her if she could help her and see what was wrong with her hearing aids. Vicki told her to come down and yes she would be more than willing to help and insisted that I brought her so she would have to go all weekend without hearing well.
