I have virtually no hearing in my left ear due to an acoustic neuroma (a type of brain tumor). I had a hearing aid (a good and expensive one!) to amp up the hearing in my good ear. Jason fitted me with the Cros System. The left aid transmits sounds coming from that side to my good ear. The difference in sound quality is amazing! I did not realize how much my hearing loss was affecting me. I actually feel like myself again...and it was much cheaper than my Siemens fitted at a different shop.
