Recently my wife and our overseas to attend a wedding and vacation. One of her hearing instruments shut down,. I was able to text Jim the problem and as soon as he came back into the office he sent me a detailed response and instructions on how to reset the hearing instrument. I just want to express our thanks to him and Connect Hearing that he saved the rest of our vacation/wedding. Thanks for his continued support.

I cannot say enough about the Chester office. Shannon at the front desk is such a pleasure to work with. Always smiling. Dave was amazing. he listens to you and addresses your problem with ease. he explains in a language that you can understand. I would recommend this office highly. This is the best place to get help with hearing loss solutions. The staff is professional, courteous, friendly and helpful.
