I went there today for a hearing test and to transfer/adjust my sister's Phonak HAs for my use (she bought them there but doesn't use them). When my sister called to make the appointment for me, she explained to the receptionist exactly what we needed done. However, when we arrived this morning, we were told that, since the HAs were out of warranty, they couldn't (wouldn't) adjust them for my use and that I'd have to buy a completely new pair. I was so impressed with the hearing test I received at Connect Hearing and the technician Rob's expertise. He was much more thorough and gave me a more comprehensive explanation than I have had in prior hearing tests. All with absolutely no heard sell. He only explained my options. Thank you Rob.
Rob was incredibly helpful for my husband and I! We were lucky to find him. Very professional and personable. Even though we travel a lot, we will be back to see him in the next several months. I highly recommend Rob for any hearing /hearing aid issues!!!
