I ran into AudioNova fifteen minutes before closing time on Friday with a question about a Phonak hearing aid. Cristina greeted me with a smile, disappeared for a minute, returned with the equipment, and showed me the answer to my question. An excellent first impression.Ā
I went there today for a hearing test and to transfer/adjust my sister's Phonak HAs for my use (she bought them there but doesn't use them). When my sister called to make the appointment for me, she explained to the receptionist exactly what we needed done. However, when we arrived this morning, we were told that, since the HAs were out of warranty, they couldn't (wouldn't) adjust them for my use and that I'd have to buy a completely new pair.
