Missed an appointment on 6/29/26 (my fault). Get a text for a rebooking for 7/2/26 at 1130am (see uploaded text screenshot). I check in online, upload my ID, and upload my insurance information on 6/30/26. I purchase a Lyft and arrive to my appointment at 1130am. The receptionist informs me that I do not have an appointment and I missed appointments. I show her the text stating that I have an appointment.
