Becca is always the friendliest person to greet you! The office is very beautiful! A touch of old elegance!! The Keurig coffee and cookies are appreciated and fun!! Not in the mood for coffee and cookies, partake in the mini candy bars! This is a comfortable and professional business! A friend who purchased her last 2 sets of hearing aids from Expert Hearing recommended them to me. I've worn hearing aids for years and have had less than stellar experiences elsewhere. I was very impressed with the audiologist at Expert. She did a good job of explaining everything, answered my questions (I had a lot) very well, and was very respectful of me and my time. If you desire to improve your hearing, do not use this place. The owner and her staff are completely incompetent and only interested in a sale. My aids haven't worked correctly from the day I got them. Once she gets your money, she is suddenly booked for weeks and hard to get an appointment with. After several sessions with her trying to program them correctly, I asked for assistance from Starkey to program them. The arrogant and smug owner promptly dismissed me.
