5 stars to AudioNova Fort Myers - service is superb, the staff are attentive and professional. Customer service is outstanding. My hearing was examined thoroughly, and I am completely satisfied with my new hearing aids. I have had hearing aids for over 6 years and used other providers, but these folks are over the top the best by far. I highly recommend them. Kudos to Krystle and Mara!Ā
I have written a couple of reviews about Connect Hearing in Corona before, but Dr. Nguyen is amazing!!!! This location doesn't really know how much they have helped us, truly love their job and people!!!! Limited income Medicare patients BEWARE! I have insurance coverage through Humana/TruHearing that states I have coverage for the set up of bluetooth and integration with hearing aid app. Provider stated it would be a $25.00 extra charge. They said there would be no problem giving me a copy of Audiology test. When I asked for a copy of that test (that my insurance had already paid for!) they told me it would cost me $150.00! I told them I'd like to discontinue relationship, they quoted nearly 1 month to process the refu...Ā read more
I met with Lucas Fell today. I was exasperated with the phone app which replaced the original during covid. Lucas very patiently tutored me on the app, tested my hearing in the booth, cleaned devices and charger, and gave me a ton of good info about the devices. Great Customer Service!Ā
I have been procrastinating for months/years to get some help to remedy my hard hearing and was referred to Connect Hearing where I was fitted with Phonac Audeo L90 hearing aids. These are unobtrusive, very comfortable, and very effective. The expert Audiologist in charge of the Laguna Hills ( Kristin Dennis, HCP) is charming, capable, and spared no effort in introducing me to these aids, and following up on their performance. Janet (Office Manager) is very accommodating in making appointments for me and very knowledgeable about the financial aspect. She also helped my elderly mother with the insurance when I was getting nowhere with it. Jeff and Lorie really know their business of getting your best hearing, as well as explaining everything to you so that it is easily understood.Ā
