On 5 October 2020 I purchased a pair of Phonak Paradise hearing aids with the Roger Pen. I have been extremely happy with them. The hearing aids give a distinctive clarity to voice communications and TV reception. The Roger Pen is amazing especially for group meetings. My Audiologist was Pearl Toboika, AuD. Had my followup visit and hearing aids adjustment today. As usual it went very well. I was greeted by a very professional staff and was taken at my scheduled time. Dr. Pearl was able to answer all my questions and addressed my concerns. She showed me how to adjust my new hearing aids without confusion and helped me with the Bluetooth operation and the benefits that I can get from them. This is a very professional staff and they are highly knowledgeable in the products they offer.
