My spouse and I purchased our Phonak aids from Connect Hearing On July 1, 2020. We have been in for cleaning and adjustments only once. That time was a pleasant experience. Yesterday, not so much. As someone who has never worn a hearing aid before, this whole process was new to me. Robert Perkins guided me through the whole procedure from the hearing tests to the actual fitting of my new hearing aids. He was professional, kind and considerate every step of the way. I would highly recommend anyone with hearing loss to visit this office. Lisa was also courteous and helpful, greeting us every visit with a smile and kind words.
