I went to Beltone first and then I went to Connect Hearing. Wow what a difference. Connect Hearing was like 100% above Beltone I had to call Beltone back after a week, to see if my insurance covered anything and they didn't even break down any prices. She was very helpful, got the hearing aids working(there was something wrong)to my ear. several hours later they lost the connection but I was able to pair them. i will know when someone calls if it is fixed again,.
