I used to like Connect Hearing until is was bought out by Audio Nova. I bought a brand new hearing aid (which took 5 days to come in). The hearing specialist said the new product did not work. So they gave me a loaner. 6 weeks later and I still don't have my hearing aid. The audiologist is only in on Thursdays & Fridays (and most often not even that). I have tried every conceivable phone number to try to resolve this issue and have gotten NO WHERE. So either my options are contacting the parent company which is in Switzerlan... read more
