Don’t waste your time going here , went to get my teeth cleaned,appointment was at 8 am . Was out at 8:30 am person that clean teeth is not experience and used tools not updated . This place is just crap , people go there for free either don’t have many teeth or just don’t care about there hygiene , better to get your own insurance first a professional dentist! Ifs free for Medicaid a waste of time and drive , don’t even give out a toothbrush and toothpaste very unprofessional place 3.4 stars poor !!!!

Not sure what’s going on with this clinic, I have called multiple times multiple days in a row and I never received a call back not sure what this place is here for if they aren’t actually helping people. Guess this is what you have to deal with when you are forced to try to get in to a dentist that accepts Virginia Medicaid what a joke!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other patients should know about my experience. I had dental work done here on one of my upper front teeth about 2½ months ago. Recently I developed severe pain followed by visible swelling of my upper lip and cheek. I called the office repeatedly for two days, left messages, submitted online requests, and sent emails but received no response until much later.
