Very pleased with haircut (went from very long hair to graduated bob) that Ice gave. Ice also had excellent client skills in terms of conversation and explains what she was doing. Not too much, not too little. I'm going to have her do my colour next.
Ice is a wonderful stylist who really took her time and made sure I was perfectly content with the final product. My appointment time had to be changed and she still managed to fit me in and even stayed late to complete my hair. I really appreciate all the staff at Connect Hair Studio and especially their commitment to teamwork! Thank you Ice! :)
