Beware of very poor customer service. At 2:40 pm on 8/14/26. The teller at this Credit Union was very rude. I was simply trying to make a withdrawal to this sister branch. Once I let the teller know the situation her demeanor changed and became rude. She made every excuse as to why they may not approve a withdrawal from their branch. Instead of finding ways to help me. She found ways to not to help me. Definitely a bad experience.
The Miami connect credit union provided me excellent customer service, particularly Raul and Janette extremely friendly, kind, professional, courteous. I’ll be back to this credit union branch due to their amazing customer service they provided me thank you. Please recognize Raul and Janette for their wonderful customer service experience they provide provided me.
