Scheduled an appointment for my granddaughter. We in went for the first and only time patient initial consultation which on their site was $160. I paid the $40 to secure the appointment and the balance of $120 was charged to my card prior leaving the office. In which I asked for a receipt (which was emailed) in addition having bank statements to the charges on my card reflecting their payment.
