I recently called Connect Auto Sales in Dearborn Heights regarding a potential vehicle purchase and was incredibly disappointed by the way I was treated. I made a simple, polite request to be transferred to the finance department. Instead of being helped, I was met with an aggressive and defensive tone from the representative who answered the phone. I’ve bought multiple cars and they’ve always exceeded my expectations. I've never had any trouble and negotiating with Mark and he always gives me a good deal.
Be aware of the reviews the good reviews are mostly from foreigners names which clearly means this company made up them up. The few American names I seen were all 1 star. Which tells me these are fake reviews. Paid reviews. I know 3 people who have bought from here and cars didn't last a year.
