Contacted today and they had no pricing, no information and honestly felt like no idea why I was calling. As someone calling around to figure things out in a time where the future is unknown I felt disappointed. I do want to rotate that the lady was super sweet but just had no clue. I hope they do better in the future training anyone that answers ther customer service
Worst emergency notification company I have ever witnessed. No responsive, difficult to contact, rude employees. We actually disconnected the life alert box because of death, no one even bothered to call and see if everything was alright. Please refrain from using this company for you peace of mind and your loved ones life. Complete scam and horrible customer service.
