Worst emergency notification company I have ever witnessed. No responsive, difficult to contact, rude employees. We actually disconnected the life alert box because of death, no one even bothered to call and see if everything was alright. Please refrain from using this company for you peace of mind and your loved ones life. Complete scam and horrible customer service.
