Watch placed call to paramedics without SOS being activated. I called # on watch box for ConnectAmerica, call was answered with ads for car insurance & pest control. So extreemly unhelpful. Calls to my phone before paramedics arrived appeared as scam numbers with no ID. ConnectAmerica needs a dose of their own medicine before supplying their inadequate product to elder folks scaring them bad enough to have a heart attack emergency.
