Careful, this is a sketchy operation. I had a private studio apartment but was amazed by the students that were packed in the attached house (in the basement!)--it was a bit sad to see the living conditions some students are cornered into here in Bloomington. Maintenance was swift (fix-it guy was really friendly!) and the office was understanding e.g. there was once a tech error with my auto bank payment and the check was late a couple days--they didn't charge the late fee.
