I had a new Navien fire tube combo-boiler installed by a different HVAC company…. After the install my propane usage was between the range of 6-8 gallons per day and I was told this was normal usage and nothing could be done. I refused to believe this could be true and gave Conn Mechanical a call. They quickly identified installation and configuration errors and have reduced my propane usage to 1.5-3 gallons per day. I've been going to Conn Mechanical since 2012 and have always had a magnificent experience. Perfect installs, quality equipment, knowledgeable staff, and personable reception are what keep me coming back. I've referred many friends and family over the years and they have always had a stellar experience also.
I have used Conn Mechanical for decades. I have had them install and service my 2 heat pumps. Most recently they replaced my water heater. Everything works as it should. I have always had prompt service at a fair price. We just had natural gas run to our house. We will use Conn Mechanical to install gas appliances as we know we can trust their work.
Our heater broke on a snowed in day! Dave came out to fix it very quickly! He was very informative & even wore bootys to cover his shoes in our home! We don’t wear shoes inside the house! I was very impressed by this! We will definitely use this service again!
Came to provide routine cleaning for my Navien combi. Took the water inlet filter out and tried to replace it with the wrong filter; told me Navien stopped making filters for my model (not true!), and that they had to replace the entire housing unit for the domestic hot water component at a cost of $450+!!! This too was not true! That would have been bad enough, but because the old filter was damaged, without telling me, the technician cut the top half off my old filter, which included a regulator, before putting it back in!... read more
