Dr Shaun Conlon is an outstanding nephrologist! As a retired P.A. (physician assistant) I find him to be accessible, compassionate, and knowledgeable. My sole complaint is that it is sometimes difficult to find a nearby parking space, but that small inconvenience is worth it.
As a 5 yr patient I find it very disturbing that I have made 4 attempts to get an appointment even calling the line reserved for Drs always an answering machine or no answer at all . Ridiculous
The worst provider I have ever had as an adult. He was routinely inaccessible and relied on nurses to respond to critical questions. He literally told me he doesn't have time to respond to patients directly. I was hospitalized and left messages concerning my health that were ignored. He lacked compassion or empathy and I felt like he was treating a chart rather than me as a human being. Zero accountability. When I was at my most vulnerable, he was unapologetically unavailable. The office hour are posted as "open" at 8:30, it is now 9:16 and all I get is the answering service. I have left several messages for them to call me back and no call-back yet...
