Teresa was amazing to work with! The appraisal was the easiest part of this whole house selling experience. The appraisal she came back with was in line with the neighborhood. I would use Conley appraisals again if I had the need.
I would definitely make sure you never have to use this appraisal company. Yes there are some guidelines appraisers have to follow, but some of it is their opinion. Not sure when a 10x11 room with a closet and a window stopped being considered a bedroom. I even called another appraisal office and they said they have no clue why it would not have been considered a bedroom. I told them where the room was located in my house.
