Ben and Leah were such a comfort to my entire family. My dad died suddenly and they helped my family honor my Dad’s wishes but give us the closure we needed. They thought of everything especially including his grandchildren in so many unique ways. One way was for them to draw a picture that would go with him. My dad had a whole wall in the living room that had the kids drawings they made for him. Karen turned our photos into a wonderful scrapbook that we can look at to remember him. The most compassionate, caring individuals. We can’t thank Conley’s enough for everything they did for our son Nate’s funeral. From getting him back to Illinois (staying in touch the entire time while at the airport picking him up) to the minor details taken care of during the entire process, everyone went above and beyond. Thank you Ben and Leah.
Conley handled our stillborn daughter’s visitation and funeral. It was a heartbreaking occasion, but the staff made us feel like we were among family. They were all so empathetic, compassionate, and kind. They went far above and beyond to honor our little girl. We will always be immensely grateful for how they took such tender care of us during such a horrible time in our lives.
