My experience with Kody can be described in one word, Honest. I had a cracked seal on my roof and had 2 other roofers come out with repair quotes of between $700-$900 that were just meant to get me to report an insurance claim for a new roof, something I wasn't interested in. I was told by friends/family/co-workers (I work for an insurance company), the amount quoted was not reasonable. Thankfully one of those friends referred me to Kody. This company was super responsive and made themselves available on my schedule. They quickly came out and assessed my home's needs, then fixed everything same-day. They sent a quote for some additional work within 24 hours, and offered a free home inspection as well!

Several roof and gutter-related projects were undertaken “personally” by Michael Conley under some rather challenging conditions, and his performance was absolutely beyond expectation. Kody and his team are exceptional people and amazing at what they do. He and his team fought so hard for us with our insurance for six months and did everything they could to get us the help we deserved. On top of being top notch people they are incredible at fixing problems the right way and in adequate time. They had our roof off and replaced in ONE day! Overall this is a highly experienced crew from estimate to finished job, Michael initially came out very quickly for an estimate, we got scheduled shortly after that, and the finalized work was impeccable. I would highly recommend.
