I bought a new gmc denali 1500, within the first 12 months I had serious issues with the truck. 1) The tail gate kept opening by itself. 2) the truck blew a turbo within the first year. The service department is horrible at this dealership, it took 3 weeks to get my truck back. Stopped into service for some routine maintenance and met Joe the new service manager. He was approachable and very professional. sometimes you dred bringing your car places but Joe was very helpful and i will for sure be going back

I recently purchased a New 2026 GMC Sierra SLT pickup from O'Fallon Buick GMC and was amazed at how I was treated by the entire staff. These people are FANTASTIC !!! Lucas told me they couldn't run my credit without my wife's driver's license and her face in the picture. it's there out of state company policy. Come to find out they ran our credit without it, no phone call from Lucas or a manager or anybody from Finance to say Hey Mr. Irving If you still want the vehicle before we pull your credit, we will make an exception to our out of state rule. My vehicle got slammed by a deer, front driver side fender area, door, hood. It took a few weeks to get in, bc they’re so busy, but they did a great job, the ride is smooth, and it looks great.
My daughter bought a 23 Hyundai SUV from this dealership. It had less than 20K miles on it, and is a fine car. The problem is it's been more than 90 days, and she still doesnt have the title. She is having the Naperville Sherrif help her by getting involved (a suggestion by the state of Illinois) 90 days has passed, and now she can't even get a licens for the car.
