Well, there's an awful lot of rules here that CAN'T be backed up. If you're someone who hates smoking, you're out of luck. Even though there's no smoking inside the building, people still smoke in their apartments. If you park over a very faded yellow line you will definitely hear about it. There's no real activities that go on here, no one is on duty 24/7. There's emergency box that tells someone that you need help, But it is not tied into any emergency help. My brother has lived at these apartments for at least 5 years now. Maintenance is very responsive, although there have been few problems to respond to. Toni in the office is very helpful and responds to my calls quickly. She is especially helpful with filling out the annual paperwork. His rent has actually gone down from what he paid the first year. And the neighbors are always friendly. I highly recommend these apartments.

Conklin Senior Housing is a great place to live. The management treat you like family and the residents do the same. I recommend this location.

I have to say I lived here for 6 years and it's been pleasant and well maintain the staff here is amazing. Especially the maintenance. Not only is he on top of the maintenance also makes you feel like a family member very welcoming.
