Edit: Downgrading my rating because they screwed up my finance paperwork! After writing this, I didn't get any notification from Honda financial services for more than a month until something finally came in the mail to start paying off the car loan. I could not login to Honda's financial website to pay it. When I managed to call them within their hours and give them all my information, they were confused and told me that the dealership must have mistyped my SSN, my phone number, AND my email! Friendly, knowledgeable, fast service at reasonable rates. Very professional
Nice people, good environment, and fairly good prices. They are very firm on prices though, especially with new cars. Don't expect to get any more than $100-200 off of a car you purchase here. Also, my main couple of gripes here are that they are understaffed, so I waited more than 2 hours to see the finance manager. When I finally saw him, they were almost about to close.
