I had the best experience getting my vehicle fixed. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. They will answer any questions and go above and beyond taking care of you and your vehicle. Melissa is in the office and Brandon in the shop. Thank you!
Customer service tip: If you are 3 weeks behind, call your customers. Communicate. Allow them the courtesy of not having their vehicle sit untouched for weeks in the shop while they scramble for transportation and are forced to stalk you for any kind of update. If you say you are going to call an unhappy customer to discuss their frustrations, you should definitely do it Don't just hope they go away. Apologize. Offer a concession.
