They did a great job. My car looks great and I’m really impressed. Everyone I spoke to and the rep I worked with, Colby, was very nice. The office overall is very welcoming and efficient.

Ugh, I have never written a bad review in my life, but I feel like I wouldn’t be a good fellow citizen if I didn’t share my experience. I recognize others have had great experiences so hopefully I’m the one off. Someone tried to Hotwire my car back in October. They ripped the ignition out, I took my car here. Do not and I repeat do not bring your vehicle here under ANY circumstances!! My vehicle needed a handle repair and a paint job. I dropped my vehicle off on June 16th, 2025 and I did not receive my vehicle back until July 2nd. I had to call them to identify if my vehicle was ready for pick up or not because I didn’t receive a call on the expected end date that was given to me. I bought a car here at the end of August, the salesman Billy was great but this is the worst place ever. The finance guy lied about how much my payments were and didn’t even give me a copy of my paperwork to cover it up. When I figured out what happened it took weeks to get them to fix it, but guess what my payments are still higher than what I was told. So I had to get an estimate on repairs to my vehicle. It was super easy and fast. I have scheduled the repair for a few weeks from now since my vehicle is drivable and I need it until the end of the month. I set up the claim through my insurance and they already had the information in their computers. I will post a follow-up when the work is completed.
