I bought a car here at the end of August, the salesman Billy was great but this is the worst place ever. The finance guy lied about how much my payments were and didn’t even give me a copy of my paperwork to cover it up. So I had to get an estimate on repairs to my vehicle. It was super easy and fast. I have scheduled the repair for a few weeks from now since my vehicle is drivable and I need it until the end of the month. I set up the claim through my insurance and they already had the information in their computers. I will post a follow-up when the work is completed.

This was a poor experience from start to finish. When I called to schedule an appointment I wasn't told that Oakes Kia Collision Center isn't located on the same property as the dealership, so I wasted my time driving all the way to Northtowne and was told "Oh you're at the wrong place, this happens all the time". They told me what to type in my Google Maps and it took me to the dealership downtown.
