I have had nothing but great experiences with Amber, Shelby and the staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
So disappointed in this place...they had me wait long over 2 months to be refused therapy...don't go here it's like a club..I would give a 0 if I could
If you have any kind of suicidal thoughts they will not provide you with any level of care. I was desperate for just talk therapy no speciality needed just a therapist. And they have continued to deny me and will never consider me. Please go somewhere where the staff are more kind compassionate and understanding.
When I was a patient here I didn't really have any issues but after I moved, getting documentation from this office has been a nightmare. I'm trying to get disability services through my school and because of their randomly complicated way of releasing documents, I've been waiting weeks. When I originally emailed them they lost my email and I waited over 11 days for a response, only getting one once I re-emailed them about my situation being dire.
