Our garage doesn’t work, our mail boxes have been broken into and no one knows where ANY of my mail is along with several missing packages, and our parking lot is a death trap, it’s seriously just a solid sheet of ice, and no one is helpful at all. No one cares. Missing packages? Not their problem. Garage won’t close and your car got smashed into? Also not their problem. Slip and slide on the ice to get to said garage? Well, you better be careful because that’s on you. This place does not care about their tenants.
Do not rent here. I have lived here for 4 years with no issue until the new management, Grand Peaks, took over. They have allowed the apartment roads to turn into 6 inch-1 foot of solid ice, two winters in a row now. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. They also close amenities with no notice or post. Could not be less satisfied with the change in management.
the rent went up too much I'm just waiting for my contract to end to get out of here disgusting maintenance the office staff is very bad they are very rude and they are not kind to people maintenance you place an order that you need something from your house and they come to attend to you almost a week and half
Current management is worst. Always defensive to their tenants. They don't take responsibility of anything happens in the apartment or community. Very irresponsible staff just try to brush off the tenant for each issue reported to them. Hope the property owner read this and take some action to rectify the attitude of management, otherwise this will definitely damage their business and the property.
