You work for them several yrs and they do not care about giving you market rate value raises... new people make almost as much as you...shame on you conifer
Had a scheduled interview though Wheeler Staffing for Conifer Health on 08/18/25 from 1-1:30 and the facilitators never showed for the interview. Called the talent aquistrian for Wheeler and was hung-up on twice. Sent an email and got a response from Wheeler apologizing citing they would reach out to them but, after seeing their ratings and reading the most recent post, I'm glad things turned they way it did!
I want to share my experience working at St. Luke’s Hospital Vintage, specifically regarding management under Michelle McCullen. In my experience, her leadership style is highly micromanaging and controlling, which created a stressful and emotionally draining work environment. Great experience but the micromanaging is crazy. You can’t be 1 minute early or 1 minute late no exaggeration. Both mess up your adherence you have to be clocked in AND out exactly at the time not early or late. 45 seconds late from break, that affects your adherence too. No exaggeration. You’re overworked and underpaid for the micromanagement. Not many incentives.
I worked at Conifer Health Solutions and, unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. While the company markets itself as a place that values work-life balance and growth, the reality is much different once you’re in the day-to-day.
