I worked at Conifer Health Solutions and, unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Rude, intimidating, and uncalled for emails and letters. Horrible company.
On their best day...they are a horrible company. And on their worst day...they will blatantly lose money for you. Avoid doing business with them. Save yourself the headache. The only thing they excel at is being incompetent.
Had a video conference setup via Google teams and they cancelled 1/2 hour before our scheduled meeting. They provided no reason or another opportunity to reschedule. No response to my email. Not sure why they had sent me a video link in the first place. The reviews must be true. Don't deal with this company in any way. Extremely unprofessional.
Working remotely and being micro managed is insane to me! Was told only to take 2 15min breaks and lunch. Management watched your time, productivity and god forbid if you made a mistake, a meeting is called for everything. Work life balance is a must and confier does not offer that. Management definitely needs to be revamped. 2 months of working and dreading every day of clocking in, is something I’ve never experienced in my life working from home.
