I was on a Toyota dealership in Fort Walton Beach FL 2 weeks ago and they have a 5 start service..! whoever the service here at Conicelli is terrible they only Value their Time Made appointment for oily change for 9:00am is 3:30 and still waiting. I wish i can rate less than 1 star
I’ve been taking my cars to Conicelli Toyota’s service center for over 10 years, and they’ve consistently delivered top-notch service. The team is always informative, respectful, and honest — never pushy about extras or unnecessary add-ons. Their pricing is transparent, and I always leave feeling confident about the work done.
You guys should make up your mind about charging for services. I was first told over phone while making appointment $190 for diagnosing cumulative of all issues. Then when I came for appointment, I was told 190 per issue. Then I was told up-to hours taken to diagnosis, in 30 minutes increment. Then I was told 1 or 2 or more hours per issue fixed charge. That’s just wrong. I’ll take my business to where it’s fair, charged based on actual time it takes cumulative of all issues.
