Very bad experience. I brought my car in for service, and an employee came out and asked if my car was a rental. I told him clearly that it was my own car. He responded in a very rude and disrespectful tone, insisting that it was a rental car. Then he took my car to service. The attitude was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I did not feel respected as a customer at all. I would not recommend this place based on how customers are treated.
Very good service
I just purchased the new 2026 4 Runner OFP at Conicelli Toyota tonight. Thank you Conicelli Toyota for helping me get into the car of my dreams. Blendi, John, Tony and Dave are so awesome and were so patient and accommodating. I can’t thank the Hammond’s and Conicelli enough for everything.
This is a great service center for all TOYOTA cars. Everyone is very nice and friendly. The team members are very knowledgeable and helpful. It is your place for life as long as you own a Toyota 🤩
